This show is a Qualifier for the Royal London
Show, the British Skewbald & Piebald Association World Championships
of Colour, Kentucky State Fair World Championship Horse Show and the Morgan Grand
National in Oklahoma.

National Championships will be held at Equifest, Sunday
23rd August (East of England
Showground). Advance entries only, closing date 20th July. Judge:

The Saddlebred of Britain
classes held at the Royal London Show 5th - 7th September
at the East of England Showground (Peterborough). Advance entries
only.

HORSE AWARDS

|
There are a variety of awards your Saddlebred
can win during the year, both at individual shows and in
our Year End Awards. Both the pure and the partbred are catered for in
every discipline imaginable, from the spectacular show horse to the
awesome sport horse. ALL competitions earn points towards your
championship status - so far three Saddlebreds have earned the
required 5,000 points and their CH prefix. New Platinum Level for
horses reaching 10,000 points (first achieved by a Saddlebred in May
2008) and then Solar Level upon reaching 20,000 points.
As well as performance
awards we also have awards for those of you that promote the breed by
ways of displays and articles, plus schemes for those of you that
simply want to enjoy the countryside aboard an American Saddlebred

2008 Annual
General Meeting
was a 2-day event in Cumbria, with presentations of all Year End Awards, State Pleasure Awards and SASH
Awards - congratulations to all our champions and horses that obtained
their SASH levels - Appledore Fandango, CH Celtic Champagne,
Even Worse, Kumala Champagne, Meridian X-Tra
Pizzazz, Sassy Lass Royale and
Spellbound Reiver.
