Don't forget to send us his/her passport or registration document for upgrade. This applies equally to those of you without Saddlebreds who have chosen to use us as a PIO for your equine's passport.

Simply print off this page, fill it in and return it to us with the appropriate documents and fees. If you have a "new style" passport (issued after July 2009) then you fill in the details directly within the passport on the "Ownership Details" page - don't forget that both the seller and the buyer needs to sign the passport.

FEE     The fee for transfer of ownership is £5 for USA-UK members and £8 for non-members. Cheques should be made payable to USA-UK and sent together with this form and the ORIGINAL PASSPORT (and Certificate of Registration if applicable). PLEASE PRINT DETAILS.
