Payments can be made to USA-UK by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal - for memberships, horse registrations, show entries or buying USA-UK merchandise. Other paperwork may also be necessary (e.g. for passport applications the correct forms must be completed and sent in, as well as payment made, before we can process any application).
If you wish to make payment by cheque, please make cheques payable to "USA-UK" and send with the appropriate form(s) to the address indicated on the form you are submitting.
If you wish to make payment by BACS transfer, please email your enquiry to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you payment details. For non-UK applicants please add £10 to all passport transactions (new, duplicate, transfer of ownership etc.), to cover the cost of additional recorded postage.
If you wish to make payment by PayPal, please use the links / tools below, but please note that due to the cost incurred for using Paypal, a 50p additional fee for every £10 invoiced, or part thereof is added to your invoice for payments made within the UK, with a minimum of £1.50 charge. These have been incorporated into the costs shown below.
Payments from Mainland Europe, netherlands & Scandinavia and USA, a 65p additional fee for every £10 invoiced is charged and for payments from South Africa a 75p fee for every £10 invoiced is charged (again with a minimum £1.50 charge). Entry forms MUST be completed and signed and payment made in full before we can accept your entry.
