Data on these pages is only as recent as the information we receive. Any contract is between mare owners and stallion owners, or sellers and buyers NOT the United Saddlebred Association.

The United Saddlebred Association-UK runs annual Sire Ratings, based on offspring competing in UK events to help mare owners choose a stallion. Scores are calculated from Saddlebred classes held in the UK - classes must be open to all, e.g. not restricted on colour.

Points are allocated on the following basis: 1st place = 18 points, 2nd = 15, 3rd = 12, 4th = 9, 5th = 6, 6th = 3, unplaced, but with more than 6 in a class = 1 point. Full results and breakdown (hunter, western, in hand etc. are shown in our members Year Book annually).
